My engine light just on. And really dont know what is wrong, I go to Autozone to get it tested. And the result is below.
1. Blocked passae on EGR system
2. Failed EGR valve
3. EGR solenoid faulty.
i dont know much about it so I leave it to the EXPERT.
(what is matter when replace EGR aftermarket rather than OEM) thank you.

Unless you test it completely, were just speculating. Ive rarely found this valve to be bad. I usually fing the egr solenoid no good. I hope this helps.

Simply repalcing the egr might not solve the problem. You have to make sure that the intake cleaned out as well. There are times that the problem is in the passage and not with the egr valve itself. But the ecm thinks so just because it does not receive the correct mixture.

Behind the engine on the passenger side. You can do a search on yahoo under prelude egr;i found a lot.
Disconnect your battery and let the car sit overnight to drain the memory from the ecm. Make sure there is no contact between the leads and battery. Start the car and let it idle until the cooling fans cycle(turn on) twice. That will relearn the ecm values. Expect the car to idle rough during the first half hour.
