2004 Honda Fit EXCESSIVE VIBRATION

I can feel the car is vibrating excessively at 80/kmph speed. Means, even if I run on a pencil I can feel it inside. Steering is not vibrating. I checked the air in tire, its normal. Is this a problm with the suspension? How can I solve it?
