Hi
my 2008 honda civic si has some sort of a problem with the power steering. Every time I start the car, my steering allways turns to the left, it feels like the power steering motor is always on.

Hello volk02
Welcome to 2carpros

Electric steering assist motor is integral with the steering rack on Honda and seem to be defective. After repair is done, it may be necessary to use a scan tool to calibrate the center position of the steering wheel position sensor, and to calibrate the center position of the steering shaft torque sensor.
A special scan tool will be needed to diagnose and confirm the problem with the motor, or the PSCM (power steering control module)
I believe the problem is with the motor.
