My condolences.

The labor on the clutch is about 4-5 hours approximatley. So at $100/hr the labor would be $4-500. The clutch kit can vary, but you want to use a new one not remanufactured.

The clutch kit with mark up will be in the $4-450 area depending on brand and markup. To machine the flywheel another $50 if needed.

The brake situation isn't clear as to what is being done. If they are rear DRUM brakes, then perhaps adjusting them will resolve the parking brake and raise the brake pedal. This would be around 35-50$ depending on the shop. Usually it is a set fee, and it will vary.
