2000 Honda Civic Engine Diagnostic Code

The 'check engine' light came on. I went to a local auto parts store where they offer free engine diagnostics.
The code from the test was 'Misfire Cylinder 2'.
Can you please tell me what this means?

Hello,

Could be a few things.

Bad Injector or Injector Harness.

Bad Spark Plug. When was last tune up

Bad Spark Plug Wire.

Bad Cap and Rotor

Vacuum Leak

Sorry for delay in getting back to you.

Yes, it will eliminate all but the Injector and Vacuum.
