1999 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

when I turn on the a/c, it makes aloud squeling noise coming from the compressor and the engine starts to shake. If I need to replacxe the compressor, is it a big job?

It it the compressor or the belting?

Replacing the compressor is not difficult but releasing the gas out to the atmosphere is a big problem.

If you don't have proper equipments, please do not DIY.
