I recently replaced my a/c compressor, but lately i've been having problems with the idling and the a/c blow minimal air out from the bottom dash when its place on the "head and foot" cooling option. When the a/c in running it takes a while for the car to change gears. I lifted up the hood and noticed some water around the low pressure tube. Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Hi kenpc,

The blower air flow problem should be due to the venting system. Check if the vent cables are properly adjusted.

If you have no cooling problem, it is normal for some condensation to collect on the low pressure pipes.

Improper gear shifting when compressor is engaged could be due to engine lack of power problem. Check if the ignition timing is correct.
