My car just got rebuild by myself, but now im having some problems with the pedal clutch. When I press the pedal clutch, it goes in, but it does not come back. Does any one have an idea on why it does not come back to its rightfu place?

Check your clutch slave cylinder. You may need to bleed it or possibly replace it.

Look into the alarm first. If it is factory, I may be able to help you solve it, not if it is aftermarket. Let me know.
