righty tighty

use a impact wrench to turn it so the whole engine doesnt turn.

Sometimes the impact wrench works but most of the time it does not. Honda actually makes a special hex head wrench that has a hole in the middle of the hex to allow a socket to go through. Those are put on with a lot of torque.
