Of course you know to drain 1st. From under car, remove sheild if applicable. Unplug fan connectors from rad. Fans. If there are bolts on bottom of fans, remove them. Some have tabs that go into slots, not bolts.. From top, remove bollts from fan mounts, remove fans. If you have a/c, you have 2 fans, if no a/c, 1 fan. Disconnect upper & lower rad. Hoses from rad.. Remove bolts from rad. Mounts, then pull radiator. Ck. & Make sure all disconnected in case I forgot something. Before refilling, look towards firewall, I think near t-stat, a nipple w/hole in center, use a 12 mm socket & loosen nipple, when system is full, coolant will come out. Listen & watch to insure all air out, then tighten nipple. Fill overflow bottle, road test to operating temp., & Recheck overflow. If no coolant comes out of nipple when refilling, take it out & clean it, it is plugged. Then reinstall.
ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR WORK WHEN DONE ! IT ONLY TAKES A FEW MIN, COMPARED TO HOURS OF UNNESSASARY REPAIR IF YOU FORGET TO TIGHTEN A HOSE OR OTHER COMPONENTS.
