I put a different pump on their to see what will happen I started the car and it didnt make a noise. So I jacked the car up on both sides and started to bleed the power steering after I did that I lower the car and try to turn the wheel it was hard to turn and I noticed power steering fuild coming out the top of the reservior what did I do wrong did I bleed the system wrong. Please help I going crazy trying to find the problem

P.S I took it to 2 mechanic and 1 said its the rack and pinion. And the other mechanic said its the power steering pump/
