My car stops on me when im driving. Whats wrong with it? Can it be my fuel filter?

No it's probably not your fuel filter.

When the vehicle stalls do any lights flicker off and on? Or does anything abnormal happen?

If not, check for proper fuel pressure and good strong spark when the vehicle dies, you'll most likely be missing one.
