Engine Mechanical problem
1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

B16 engine swap was done @ last year. V-Tech has not worked properly since. I have taken it apart and cleaned it, but no result. What else can I check? If it is not wired properly, how is the best way to check this?

With the key on, the vtec soleniod should have power (it only has one green wire going to it)

Also the v-tec pressure switch (the oil switch) has two wires on it. One wire is ground the other wire is power. Ensure that this is all correct and I will get back to you.

Also, what ECU do you have? P30? P28?Etc.
