1991 honda civic when I start the car theres white smoke coming out the muffler, and radiator fluid keeps coming out the radiator cap or back to the back container.

First off, replace the cap. You have to make sure that the system maintains the pressure. Next is to perform compression test. It is a good measure to see if one of the cylinders is leaking (bad head gasket).
