1991 Honda Civic oil on one spark plug

How easy is it to chage the seals for the spark plug well and will I have to mess with the timing chain if I try to fix it myself?

Are you sure it isnt the top seals in the valve cover, If so it is easy fix. Get an entire valve cover gasket set, should have 4 round seals to replace for your problem, no you dont have to mess with the timing belt to fix it
