Hello I took my car for a emissions and it failed it has high hc limts are 1500 my readings are 2015 I changed the spark plugs oil air filter everthing else passed catalytic converter passed fuel filler restrictor pass air injection system passed oxygen senser pass check engine light pass fuel cap pass evaporative system pass it as a thortle body I dont know what to do next any idea please help

Check your fuel pressure, you may be running a little rich, and may have to replace your fuel pressure reg.
