1989 Honda Civic Bolt removal

I am having trouble removing the bolt holding the crankshaft pulley in place. Have already tried a 3/4 drive pneumatic impact wrench with up to 140lbs of air pressure. I am assuming I am dealing with a right hand thread. Any ideas?

Hi there,

Wow that is tight, I would try removing the starter and locking the driveplate with a suitable lever and and use a breaker bar and some elbow grease.
