Rear Wheel is Crooked

I have a 1996 Honda Accord. While digging out of the snow this weekend I noticed that the right rear wheel is crooked even though the bolts are tightened properly. I thought that maybe the car was hit by a snowplow but it doesn't appear to have been. Any idea as to why the wheel is crooked?

Sometimes it does not take much to bend a rim, a curb or a pot hole could do it, take the car to where they do wheel balancing. They can tell you how much it is bent, depending how much it is bent you should replace it with a used or new rim
