Oxygen Sensor?

I own a 1987 Honda Accord dx with a 2.0. It has 300,000 miles on it. When I start my car the idle is a little sluggish, but after it warms up the idle is around 2,000 to 2,300 rpms. I can kick it down to about 1,000 rpms, once I give it gas the idle gets stuck at 2,000 or more rpms. Once again I can kick it down but as soon as I give it gas it goes back up. Could this be my oxygen sensor? Or could it be something else??

I don't think the sniffer will do that probably these two, Idle Air Control Valve and the Fast Idle Control Solenoid.

If you dont' have a book its gonna be hard

Sounds like the typical honda carb acting up. Good luck getting it fixed. There's no one left in my area, that I know about, that rebuilds them and iirc honda no longer sells new ones. Forget about remans.
