MY GIRL HAS A 2003 HONDA ACCORD 4CYCLINDER ENGINGE WITH 70000+ MILES. EVERYTIME HER ENGINE FANS ON HER CAR COME ON U HEAR THEM. THEY ARE BLOWING LOUDER THEN THEY WHERE ABOUT A MONTH AGO. ALSO THEY ARE CONSTANTLY TURNING ON N OFF, I DONT KNOW IF IT WAS DOING IT LIKE THAT BEFORE CUS YOU COULDNT HEAR THEN COME ON AND OFF. COULD SOMETHING BE WRONG WITH ONE OF THE FANS LIKE A BEARING OR CAN SOMETHING ELSE BE BAD?

Be sure it is full of coolant and the thermostat is working properly. Reach in (key off) and spin the fan to see if the bearings feel bad. Can honestly say I dont ever remember changing a Honda cooling fan. Does it have 2 fans? Might be hearing the a/c and the cooling fan running. The a/c fan will cycle if the pressure is too low or high
