Lack of power

I believe its a 1.7 owners manual says 1.751 cm3
107 cu in

Lost all power
Exhaust manifold and muffler smoking.
Did full tune up, no change.
Could it be the cat. Converter.

I think your car had all it can take with 220k on it thats just my thought (((sorry buddy)))
yet on the other hand most people say honda last around 200k and 300k depending on the care of the car
