Electrical Problems!

I have a 1983 Honda Accord 4 cylinder with 203,000 miles! My problem is that the battery isnt getting charged like it should! I got a new battery and alternator but it still wont get charged! So if you can will you please help me? Thank yo uso much for your time!

Get a voltmeter or DVOM before you start the car read the battery open voltage-record it-now start the car it should be 13.5 to 15.5 volts if you dont have this its either the alternator is not reconditioning the battery or the battery is not taking the charge.
