2004 Honda Accord sat nav

Have an accord 2004, Sat Nav is giving me an alarm : system cannot define your car location please drive for a while. I drove the whole island and the sat nav insisted with the alarm. Any idea how I can solve the problem? Aerial seems working as when I put out the aerial plug number of satelites reading the car will decrease so it means aerial is working
