2003 Honda Accord Oxigen Sensor

My car's check engine light is on and I know that the error code is P0141. I am still not sure to change the O2 sensor. Because I think there might be a small leak in the exhaust pipe. Can you please tell me if that leak my cause this problem?

A leak in the exhaust will usually throw a EVAP Small Leak Detected trouble code. The code you have is normally caused by a failed oxygen sensor or faulty wiring to the sensor. The leak may be causing the sensor to fail though, so need to fix the leak before replacing sensor.
