If there is no fuel, you will need to check that the fuel pump is getting it's proper signal once the key is turned to RUN II. If the circuit is fine, then you must replace the fuel pump if you are getting no fuel.

ALso, you may want to try hitting the fuel tank with the palm of your hand or a soft faced hammer to see if it starts.
