How can I unscrew the low beam headlight

How can I unscrew the low beam headlight from the passenger side of Honda Accord 2001? A black plastic tube blocks the way of getting a screwdriver onto the two far left screws. Can I remove the black tube somehow? Or is there a better way of doing this?

You don't need to remove the headlight housing. Remove the battery holder bracket, wiggle the battery out of the way so you put your hand to the bulb wiring harness, and twist the bulb out of the housing.
