Electrical problem
2001 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My Drivers side high beam has no power at the socket, and the DRL's do not work. When I release the brake the DRL dash light stays on. The low beams work fine, but when I turn the high beams on, only the passenger side works and the dash light does not show the high beams as being on. I have swapped the lights and relays in the engine compartment and the passenger side still works correctly. It seems to be getting power at both fuse panels inside the car, one 7.5 and one 10 amp marked as Day lights.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

David

PS. Any tricks for tracing the ground wire on the light socket?

Hi Wizcat,

Your problem should be due to thr DRL control unit located behind left side of dash.
