Hi, I'm receiving srs error code 1-1, the light is still on even after reset. I'm able to turn on cruise control but the buttons on the wheel are not responding.
What might be the reason of it?

What system is producing that code? Is your air bag light on?

This is srs light, one long and one short blinking. This was obtained by short circuit of pin 4 and 9 on obdII port.

That is the air bag light. If nothing is working in the steering wheel, you you likely have a bad clockspring in the steering column. I don't advise changing this yourself. The airbag is a very dangerous component to work around.
