1997 Honda Accord Oil around Spark plugs

Yea my 97 honda accord lx has been acting crazy lately. Not to long ago I changed the head gasket and oil rings. A few months later I found oil around my spark plugs. So I checked my pcv value and its was good. Then I took the head off and look at my gasket and oil rings and they were good. My instructer really didnt know what the problem was.

1997 Honda Accord Oil around Spark plugs-what do meant by this are we talking outside the plug or in the combustion chamber-if its in could mean valves/rings-Do a compression and leakdown test
