1996 Honda Accord Location of Oxygen Sensor

1996 Honda Accord LX 153k. I had a diagnostic check since my check engine light came on. It registered oxygen sensor was bad. Went to order part, they asked upstream or downstream? Sorry, cars are not my specialty. Where is the oxygen sensor located & is this something I can change fairly easy? Also, online the part runs around $70. Auto store sells for $140. Why the huge difference? Any help would be more than appreciated. Thanks.

Under hood, driver side, front engine area, mounted in exhaust manifold

its compitition, also some people are just plain greedy, for instance, if I can get an item for 99 cents. Why would I sell it for a hundred and ninety nine dollars and sell less of them, when I can sell them for 15.00 and sell millions of them, catch my drift? And I hope you didn't order that o2 sensor yet, because we have them for 35-40 bucks
