1994 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 250k+ miles

been working on my accord for a week now to get it to start. I will drive it and it will die in the middle of driving. The RPM bounces around while at idle. I'm not sure what the problem is but I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap, ignition coil, and the main relay and still no start. Im going to be replacing the fuel filter tomorrow but if it still doesn't start where else should I look?

Get a fuel pressure tester and hook it up on the fuel rail test port, turn key on and read off the pressure

Well I have had the car for about a year and I have not changed the fuel filter since I got it so I figure I need to change it. This happened after I got gas could I have got bad gas? Also I can hear the pump working when I turn on the car so I dont think its that but im not sure. Oh also I usually run the car on almost empty if any of that info helps.

Could be the fuel filter clogged or the fuel pick-up sock in the fuel tank or the fuel pump is on its way out-running the car nearly empty will cause the above
