1991 Honda Accord erratic idle

I have all ready replaced the Fast Idle Thermo Valve and the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC). My car idles fine when it is a cold once it warms up it goes fromm 1000-1500 non-stop. I even went to the dealer to have the problem diagnosed. They came up with replacing the (IAC) valve, which I did. So could it be the ICM? Sure could use some help I'm tired of wasting money.

Wouldnt be the ICM. Could be PCM if thats what you mean. Good try would be to disconnect the battery and see if it resets back to basse speed for the idle. Also check for vacuum leaks. That will cause a high idle. Make sure throttle aint hanging open also
