1991 Honda Accord Front Wheel Drive Manual 245000 miles

MY 91 accord has been having problems accelerating and runs really ruff when you push on the gas to much, now the car is running ruff all the time when it idles when its in gear.

When is the last time you've done a tune-up? You may want to start there. Or do a cylinder balance test to help locate the issue.

I did a full tune up and the problem stopped I just bought the car about 6 - 7 months ago so im pretty sure that it hasnt had that done in a while. Thanks for the help!
