Hi h_cuevas8722,

If the speedometer is not working intermittently, it often is due to a faulty Vehicle Speed Sensor.

As the S indicator is blinking, an error code has been stored in the Transmission Control Module. Flip up the passenger side floor carpet under the glove box and you would see the ECM and TCM next to each other. There is a sight glass and when the ignition switch is turned ON, the TCM would flash the trouble code.

Count the blinkings and let me know what it says.
A delayed blink = 10 counts while a fast blink = 1 count. A short pause is a continuation of the code whereas a longer pause indictes a new code. If only 1 code is stored, the cycle would keep repeating until the ignition switch is turned OFF.
