Hit a curb :(

I was trying to be a hot shot backing out of the parking lot and get out swiftly and while I was doing so I hit a curb I didnt know was behind me. I hit it on the passenger side both wheels went over, and im not sure what damage I could have done. When I turn sharp to the right I hear a scratchy noise. When I go over other bumps I hear a clanky sound for a second or so. Its not like a squeak. Any help would be great! Thanks
