Need to know the torque specs

I need to. Know the torque specs. The Chilton manual says to go 58 lbs then loosen to 0 then go to 15 lbs then additional 90 d then another 90 d. Is this right?

I am assuming this is a turbo if not these figures are wrong and get back to me. See pictures for instructions also make sure id mark of head gasket is up at front. Torque like picture shown as well.
