Headlight not working

I have changed the dimmer switch and fuses. The driver side low beam will not come on. If I turn on the high beams the passenger side high will not come on. But the passenger side low works when high beams are not on. If I slightly pull the turn signal forward without activating the high beams I will have the passenger side low beam on and the driver side high on at the same time. Sometimes when I click the multipurpose switch or turn signal a couple of time, the driver side low will come on and both lows work until I turn the truck off. Then it is back to square one. I am stuck.

Hello,

The BCM runs the headlights which sounds like it has gone out. To be sure here are the headlight wiring diagrams and a guide to help you see where are are losing power:

Here is the BCM location I would try a used one. Check out the diagrams (below). Please run this test and get back to us.
