From the naked eye does this head look healthy?

It is hard to tell but does the rust color have grit in it or is it slimy/sludge? If so that is an issue. If not, it is just fine. The color is not an issue, it is the substance or consistency of the oil. When you don't change the oil enough it turns into sludge and then engine failure is on the horizon.
