Have a P0446 code

My car has been sitting for about 9 months. The check engine light was on I had it shut off and it's still p0446. I just replace the vent valve canister solenoid the PVC valve SS catalytic and evap it's incomplete. What do I to do? I have 10 days before I have to get tags.
my temperature tag is about up I need to go through DEQ.
