Windshield replacement instructions please?

Yep, that is made for max defrost for the HVAC controls it is not aftermarket. There are not wires in the windshield like the rear. Here is how you can replace the windshield in the diagrams below. To answer your question, no, you do not have a heated front windshield. Some cars and trucks will come with heated rear windows and side mirrors but not the front. In the picture you provided that is the defrost button which will blow air onto the windshield when it gets fogged over in the cold season. That function is from yours cars heater and A/C controls. The only time you will see wires in a front windshield is if it comes with a built in antenna. Cars that have that feature will not have an antenna mast like yours.
