Hard starting

Will not start in cold weather, new battery. When it does start it runs like new.

Try checking the fuel pressure if its within specs-start here and then let me know

Does fuel pressure change once engine is running?

No-it should remain constant when engine fires-up; if it does and not within specs you have a problem

I"m trying to make sure that I understand all of this completely, what your saying is that when the engine is running as I stated earlier and it runs like new and that is no exaggeration it runs amazingly, that the fuel pressure could not change from the cranking period to the running period.

Once you turn the key On-the pressure is there whether it starts or run
