truck does wanna start I have checked fuel pump and changed it out and have also checked fuel filter and have checked my spark plugs and battery is good

Need more info. Does it crank over, and if it does crank, does it have spark to the plus when it's cranking? If so, then it is a fuel problem. Give it a squirt of starting fluid while cranking it over, and if it starts, check fuel pump pressure, and fuel pressure regulator.
