1993 GMC Suburban sensor locations

I shorted the AB terminals, and got codes 23 and 43, 23 is suppose to be MAT sensor, could you tell me or send a pic of where this is located on the 350 TBI engine, I know the knock sensor is the code 43 and I think it is located in front of the starter and up under the exhaust manifold. THanks for your help

Your MAT sensor is on top of the passenger side valve cover near the back of the engine. The Knock sensor appears to be on the side of the block midway from front to back on the passenger side. It is a little hard to tell from the picture in my Chilton manual because they are looking down from above the engine on the diagram. It looks like it would be between the second and third plug back but a liittle closer to the third plug. Hope this helps.
