I have a noisy steering problem, happens when only making left turns, this usually happens at slow to moderate speeds making a left turn at intersections.
The belts are good and fluid levels are good.

A whining noise is an indaction that you need to add more power steering fluid and or that your rack of pinion is going, when you add this power steering fluid make sure you turn the steering wheel all the way to the left as far as it will go and then all the wheel all the way to the right as far as it will go, to get all the air out of the lines. Hope this helps.
