What do you recommend on trouble shooting since my diagnostic code at autozone read Cylinder 3 misfire. Code# P0303
How do I locate cylinder 3 to check the spark plugs/wires? Are they numbered?

For what liter engine?

You should check spark plug/wire, fuel injector, and compression for #3 cylinder.
