Removing battery

I have a 1997 Olds Silhouette Van with 161821 miles. How do I get the battery out. Thank You

You have to remove the black brace that runs over the battery. Take off the plactic cover, look on the back side of the battery and you will see a 13mm bolt head. Remove that bolt and it frees uo a plastci block that holds the battery in place. Off course remove the battery cables with an 8mm wrench--ground first. Good luck
