Cadillac parking lamps stay on

I have a 1991 cadillac brougham (RWD)
When I turn off the car and remove the key the parking lamps stay on all the time.
I removed the complete switch assembly and they still stay on.
With the switch disconnected a continuous dingging occurs as though the headlights were on.
I plug it back in, the dinging stops and the lights remain on, no change.
I have also replaced the switch with no change.
I now have to unhook the battery when stopped to keep it from running down.
Help!

Does your car have auto headlights or do you turn them on manualy?

Yes, But I have purchased and replaced the complete switch and sentenial control.
Still does the samee thing.
I also put in one with no twilight sentenal and still have the same results.
Do you know if there are any additional relays.
I also pulled the flasher from the fuse box and no change.
