Car has a gm fuel pump that was put in approx2.5 yrs ago. The car has over a half a tank of gas. The day it broke down it started right up I left home and travelled up a pretty steep hill close to my home then I stopped at a red light still no problem no rough idling or anything. I left the red light and started up another small hill and the car just died. It will turn over but won't start. I had it towed home and I have rented an analyzer for the computer but it showed no codes. I also replaced the battery with a new one that was under warranty. I can hear the fuel pump running when you turn the key on but it doesn't seem to be getting any fuel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated I just need to get it running our other car is not running either and I'm tired of bumming rides. Thanks alot

You need to check for fuel pump pressure at the fuel rail. Here is the how to.
