I have a high mileage vehicle and my mechanic wants me to put new ecm and prom. I am trying to find one at a pick and pull and don't have it in my hand. He says ecm is 218-11795 with OEM prom # 16239464. I think I need a 161. To find the right ecm. Also, everyone I talk to seems to agree that the prom does not usually go, so try the ecm first and plug in the old prom. Thanks

Also does your vehicle have the early top mounted plug wires or the later flat cap? It makes a difference.

16197427 is the top plug design.

16193495 is for the flat cap
