My 95 GMC Jimmy has been making a bad humming noise coming from the back of the truck. I've already replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. And also had the gas tank dropped. What could be causing this problem.

I hear it on both, but more when the truck is parked.

I would be thinking that it is still a fuel pump problem, listen at the filler, hold open the small valve and listen for the noise, is it in the tank?
